WHO MADE THIS?

WHERE DID IT COME FROM?

The above artifact was found buried about a foot and a half underground in SouthwestVirginia, near Roanoke, about 13 years ago. Sources say it is around 3000 years old, either from CentralAmerica or Southern Mexico and made out of a substance known as Micro-conquina.

The owner is seeking any information he can get as to who made it, its value, where it came from and how did it get to Southwest Virginia.
